1. Appointment & Arrival

New Clients: Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake forms and discuss your goals.

Returning Clients: Arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth start.

Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Full session fees apply regardless of late arrival.

2. Booking & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations: Require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows: Will be charged the full session fee. Multiple no-shows may require
prepayment for future bookings.

4. Scope of Practice

Services are provided within the scope of a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).
For medical diagnoses or treatments, please consult a healthcare provider.

5. Client Attire & Comfort

Attire: Clients are encouraged to wear athletic shorts and a sports bra or tank top to facilitate movement and access to targeted areas.

Comfort: Clients may undress to their comfort level. Only the areas being treated will be exposed, ensuring privacy and professionalism.

Draping: Traditional draping with sheets is not utilized unless requested. The goal is to facilitate direct work on specific regions, enhancing the efficacy of the treatment.

6. Health & Safety

Illness: Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. Sessions will be canceled if a client appears ill.

Hygiene: All equipment and linens are sanitized between sessions. Therapists adhere to strict hygiene protocols.

7. Minors

Clients under 18 years must have parental consent and a guardian present during the session.

8. Payment & Discounts

Payment: Due at the time of service. Accepted forms include cash and major credit cards.

Discounts:

New Clients: 20% off the first session.
First Responders, Students, Military: 15% off with valid ID.

9. Professional Boundaries

Conduct: Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to refusal of future services.
