Frequently asked customer questions

At bodymotion, I specialize in therapeutic and sports massage. I also offer sessions focused on relaxation, stress relief, and easing muscle pain caused by daily life or office work.

Not at all. Even though I have experience working with athletes, my services are for anyone who wants to feel better, move more freely, or simply disconnect from stress.

It depends on the type of session, but most last between 60 and 90 minutes. I also offer 30-minute sessions for people who want more targeted work or have limited time.

I recommend wearing comfortable clothes. For men, sports shorts; for women, sports shorts and a top. That helps me work effectively while always respecting your comfort. It is also a good idea to arrive a few minutes early so we can briefly talk about your needs.

Massage should not be painful. I always work within your comfort zone. Some deeper techniques might feel a bit intense, but they should never cause you to tense up. You are always welcome to tell me if something feels uncomfortable.

It depends on your lifestyle and goals. Some people come weekly, others every two or three weeks. If you are training hard or dealing with specific discomfort, you might benefit from more frequent sessions for a while.

Not now. I am not working with insurance companies right now.

The studio is in Biscayne Park, in a peaceful and cozy space I designed to help you feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you arrive.

The best way to book is through the website, but you can also message me directly, call, or use the link I share on social media. I always try to respond as quickly as possible.

My approach combines sports and therapeutic massage knowledge with my background in biomechanics, physical conditioning, sports, and functional training. I also have nearly 10 years of experience as an ultra-endurance athlete, which helps me understand my clients’ needs on a deeper level. Every session is personalized to not only ease pain but also help prevent injuries and improve your overall well-being.

Right now, I accept cash, Zelle, and bank transfer. Card payments will be available soon.

Yes, but I need to know exactly your type of injury. In some cases, I may need clearance from your doctor or physical therapist. Your safety and recovery always come first.

You can get a session right after a race, but it should be gentle, focusing on stretching, compression, and lymphatic drainage. A deeper or more targeted massage is better 24 hours later—or 48 hours if the effort was very intense or long.

Yes. My pre-race massages are focused on mobility, stretching, and relaxation techniques to help you sleep better the night before your event. I also offer pre- competition packages designed for the two weeks leading up to your race, with carefully planned sessions to help you arrive in top shape.

It helps prevent injuries, speeds up recovery, improves mobility and sleep quality, and supports consistent performance. For ultra endurance athletes, massage becomes a key tool for long-term body care.

Absolutely. You do not need an injury or be an athlete to benefit from massage. Many people come just to relax, release tension, or sleep better.

I mainly work with adults, but I can also see teenagers with permission from their parents or guardians.

If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid affecting other appointments. That is why I always recommend arriving a few minutes early.

Yes, try to avoid intense exercise after the session, drink plenty of water, and rest a bit if you can. It is normal to feel a little tender in some areas, especially if we worked on tight muscles.

Feel free to message me anytime. I like to keep communication open to make sure each session meets your needs and expectations.
